With the ability to phase the construction in many instances, and the limited requirement for staging areas, it is possible to maintain a majority of your existing parking spaces during the construction phase. A small portion of the lot is closed for the erection of the steel columns and framing and the pouring of concrete, then the surface portion of that section is re-opened for parking, as another portion is closed for the erection process. This ability preserves revenue, and lessens the impact on your customers.
